spacious single room in a lovely large detached house that has been well decorated to a high spec throughout. Only 4 min walk to ware train station/town centre and 2 min to bus stop to Hertford (can walk in 20) . Off street parking for 1 additional car to mine.

As this is my home, I am looking for someone that will fit in with my current housemate and I. Needs to be naturally clean, tidy and will look after the house and room, be happy to be home alone but also likes a chit chat over a glass of wine or tea for three ☺️

Most reasonable bills are included. Consumables such as washing up liquid toilet rolls split. Wifi split.
