Quiet location for a professional in a well maintained and very clean 3 bed family townhouse. Furnished, which includes a digital Free-view HD tv wall mounted , double pine bed with reading light + memory foam mattress, pillows, wardrobes, small table, pine desk with drawers and swivel chair.

We are located on the border of Nascot Wood in an exclusive cul-de-sac of just 15 houses.

Full bathroom directly next to room with bath and shower and shared with one other person, so almost on-suite. Fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, microwave/oven combi, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

We have a very nice small garden with a seated patio area which you can use.

Please note, Living room not shared for general use.

We are looking for a very easy going, down to earth, honest, clean and tidy individual to live with likewise people.

Professions in house range from a teacher, entrepreneur and a politician (involved in local campaigning and a candidate at elections.

Quiet cul-de-sac location but close to transport links M25, M1, A41, tube station, Watford Junction, local buses, shops and amenities (Courtlands Drive & North Aproach), close to Vue cinema and Warner Brother Harry Potter studios/tour.

Only a few mins drive to Watford town center and Harlequin shopping center, 10 mins by bike or a 20 minute walk. Close to four parks, North Fields, Goodward, Callowlands and Cassiobury parks. Five min drive to Waitrose local, Sainsbury and Asda supermarkets. Take aways close by are Indian, Chinese, Pizza and a brilliant fish and chip shop (Codland, best in Watford).

If you have a pushbike this can be stored safely in our garage. If you drive a car, scooter or motorbike there are visitor parking spaces you can use, or off road parking near to cul-de-sac, so no parking restrictions or permits required here.

House is fully security alarmed and you will have your own access code to set and disarm alarm.

Shorter weekday lets (5 nights)of 1-3 months, Monday to Friday only, will be charged at £550 per month.

longer Weekday lets (5 nights) of 4 months or more, Monday to Friday only, will be charged at £525 per month

Short 7 days a week lets of 1-3 months will be charged at £600 per month.

Longer 7 days a week lets of 4 months or more, will be charged at £550 per month.

Weekly lets possible, subject to availability, and will be charged at £250 per week.

PLEASE NOTE: Room can only be secured on full payment of a security deposit of £550.

No party animals please!

Two references will be required. Ideally, previous landlord/bank and present employer. If a student, then two from either of the following, the main tutor, your bank, previous employer, previous landlord.

Just to be clear, meals are not included and you will need to purchase and cook your own food.
