The M1 and M25 are a 5 minute drive away. There is also a Tesco metro within a minute’s walk.

THE HOUSE
Clean and tidy house, all mod cons, nicely decorated in the last 12 months.

Large living room (24ft2) with a dining area, comfy sofas which overlook the well maintained garden and a communal PC complete with media centre. Downstairs there is a cinema room fitted with a huge 51" smart TV with an extensive movie library.

The newly fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, juicer, food processor, George Forman grill as well as the basics like a fridge freezer, gas hob, washer dryer etc.
