House: A lovely victorian terraced house, on a quiet residential square, round the corner from the station, 15 mins direct train to London, very brisk walk to town centre, residents permit parking. Very close to Watford General hospital too.

The room to rent has an ensuite shower, stand-alone wardrobe, desk, two side cabinets and a kingsize laura ashley iron frame bed with mattress.

Smoking would only be allowed outside I'm afraid.

I've got a cat, he's a very cool dude.

Price doesn't include bills, but they're not prohibitive.

About me: I'm sociable, outgoing, friendly and pretty-easy going - would be looking for someone to move in who is pretty much the same.

Would like a clean housemate too - not talking freakily obsessive, but someone who won't allow fungus to grow on their dirty plates.
