Non-smoking, tidy, considerate and respectful young professional graduate female required to share house in quiet Salisbury Road, North Watford with 3 friendly young professionals. One of these has her own en suite so you would be sharing the bathroom with just two others.
The available room (which is for single occupancy ..i. e. no couples sorry!) is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and tall wardrobe. It has a double glazed window to the rear. It also has its own sink.
The house is massive and was renovated in June 2014. There are THREE large communal areas PLUS a spare guest room/study.
1) The large conservatory has a 5 seater corner sofa, tv and overlooks the private garden with decking and lots of trees.
2) The large kitchen has a breakfast table and flat screen tv, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and two fridges.
3) A separate lounge with black leather sofas, stripped wooden floorboard, feature fireplace and tv. The communal bathroom is upstairs and has instant hot water shower and chrome radiator.
Is 9min walk from Watford Junction. The rent includes all bills, fibre speed internet and weekly cleaner and the room and house is fully furnished. You will be dealing directly with me rather than an agent and so there are no surprise sign up fees or other "additional charges".
Parking is on-street with no permit required, although parking anywhere in North Watford can be challenging!

Please note this is not a party house. We are looking for someone who will be respectful of the other tenants. If you're in to late night parties with mates crashing round all the time, I'm afraid this won't be the place for you! Minimum 6 month contract.
