Double Room to rent- Central Watford

Double room available in a quiet two bed terrace house in central Watford. All bills are included except the water, which is around £65 due once every 6 months.

Located 10 minute walk to Watford junction train station, 5 minutes from centre of town and 3 minute walk to the large Tesco Extra. You couldn't ask for a better location in Watford.

The bedroom is furnished with a single bed. It was very hard to get a good picture of the bedroom and therefore the room is bigger than the picture suggests. The room has a built in closet to hang clothing and another small built in closet with shelves.

A overview of the house is; Shared living room, separate dining room and small kitchen. Ground floor bathroom with tub and shower and outside garden. Two double bedrooms upstairs. One being mine the other to rent.

Quiet road which is residential parking and has nice parks beside property, great for runners. I have had absolutely no problems walking during all hours of the day and night in the park.

I am looking for a single professional tenant. I currently have two very small 13 year old dogs. One is a one eyed male yorkie and the other a terrier mix. .

I am a 36 year old white American non-smoking professional female who despite having a pet is VERY clean and orderly. I have a son, Tristan who is a year old. He shares my bedroom. We are reasonably quiet.
