It is a 15 minute walk to Watford Metropolitan and Watford High Street tube station and the main shopping area. Watford Junction station is a 30 minute walk. The flat is on the No. 10 bus route which stops at Watford Junction station. A short drive to the nearby Leaves den Studios.

I work at Watford General Hospital and am in the office Monday to Friday and would ideally be looking for someone who is also mostly based at their place of work rather than from home.

No smoking in the flat. Individual renters (no couples or sharers please).
