A beautiful double room to let in North Watford

We have a very comfortable and spacious double bedroom to let on the top floor of our house. Two rooms share a toliet and shower. It is very quiet and private as we occupy the floor below.
Bills Included and Wifii

The guests also have access to the kitchen and the laundry room/ washing machine and dryer. You are also welcomed to use our lovely garden and BBQ area.
We would prefer a professional but would consider anyone suitable that would fit in with our family.
It would suit someone working at Leavesden studios or in Watford town center as we are 20 minute walk away.

We are also 5-10 minute drive from the Watford Underground / Watford high street and Watford Junction rail.
20 mins into London Euston by rail.
There are a parade of small shops 5 minutes walk away.

We also have lovely walks and great dining spots.

We are requesting someone who is pleasant, friendly and considerate of living in a family household.
