Double for non smoking professional graduate

We are looking for a non-smoking, tidy, friendly and considerate professional, educated to University degree level and in full time employment, to rent the second spare room in my home on quiet Essex Road, Nascot village, Watford.
The house is a large Victorian semi which has been completely renovating and extended to a high spec. The superb 31 foot living space encompasses the kitchen (has integrated appliances, beautiful granite worktops and a 5 ring range oven) and a marvellous new living space with oak dining table, 2 lovely leather sofas and bifolding doors that look out over the private 40 foot garden.
There is a second lounge with stripped wooden floors, open fireplace with log burner, flat screen TV, bay window and a pair of leather sofas.
The house is arranged over three floors. The room for rent (which is for single occupancy - i. e. not for couples) has a double bed, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe and double glazed windows to the front.
Essex Road is a 7 min walk from both Watford Junction and the top end of town, 4 mins walk from superb Watford Central leisure centre (with swimming pool, gym, exercise classes) and 10 min walk from beautiful Cassiobury Park.
This is a quiet, non party house. You would be sharing with myself and my other tenant, Fei. We are both very clean living, non smoking professionals who are friendly but also like and respect each others privacy. As workers, we both tend to be "early to bed (10pm ish), early to rise" types too, so if you're more of a night-owl and like having mates crashing over, this won't be the right place for you :-(
Rent is inclusive of all bills, unlimited super fast fibre internet and a weekly cleaner (for the communal areas)
