Hi I'm Bianca, I'm looking for a male or female to share this home with me. I work full time in a professional role.

This is a bright and airy three bedroom detached house with front/side garden and back patio in a quiet area of North Watford. With plenty of off street parking and a driveway to share. Wifi broadband and sky tv fully working.

I have a double bedroom which is furnished with bed and matress, side table, dressing table and fitted cupboards with potential to store a vast amount (includes a full length mirror).

Cost = Single occupancy only, will pay £150 per week including bills ( to be reviewed with high usage).

Communal areas include Kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, Bathroom including shower, Living/Dining room and Garden. You will be sharing this house with one other occupant. No pets or smoking inside the house.

This house is fairly central with good transport links. It is about a 15 mins walk to Watford Junction station and an extra 5 mins to the town centre and Watford underground station. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Asda and Sainsbury's as well as a 5 minute walk to the local high street including post office, newsagents and takeaways. The M1 and M25 are less than half a mile away. The bus links stretch across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Middlesex and major airports.

Please note that you will need to pay 4 weeks rent in advance plus a deposit.

I will consider reducing the rent for mon-fri let.
