Large single/small double room available for rent in a all female house share in Central Watford.
The property is perfectly located literally a 2 minute walk from Watford town centre where there is an array of good restaurants, bars and shops including the harlequin centre and under a 5 min walk to Watford junction station so perfect if commuting to Central London!
Property is Newley refurbished with new large kitchen with dining room area, kitchen has all new appliances including free washing machine and tumble dryer for use at no extra cost.
Two very large double fridge freezers with all other kitchen appliances, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
Large dining table with seats and a new digital TV in kitchen also.
Two seperate toilets and two seperate shower rooms.
Property has free BT Fibre Optic broad band which is super fast no matter how many people are using it at the same time.
Large TV/front room with two sofas and coffee tables.
All rooms have radiators which can be switched on and off by the residents at any time that they wish (I have no restrictions on usage).
Bedrooms have a storage single bed with mattress, fitted double wardrobe, radiator, TV point and lockable door, all windows are new sliding sash double glazed units so nice and quiet!
Property has a cleaner once per week, where all communal hallway areas are cleaned, toilets and showers are cleaned as is the kitchen and dining room and the front/TV room.
The property is fully maintained and serviced with necessary certificates. Mains operated linked smoke alarms in every room and communal areas - ie if the kitchen smoke/heat alarm goes off so does every alarm in the property.

I am looking for professional friendly, considerate FEMALES ONLY to live in a fun and friendly environment.
All applicants will need proof of employment/university enrolments in the form of written references.
You will also need to provide a reference from your previous landlord or a character reference from a current professional, ie doctor, teacher, police officer, lawyer, business owner.
The house is currently occupied by other young really friendly, nice and considerate professional young women who all get along great so I would like the new Tennant to be on the same wave length as the other residents.
