I have a fully furnished spare room available to rent immediately.
The room is a decent size and comes with use of a communal bathroom, I use my en-suite but when visitors come to the flat they will use the same one as you.
I am looking for someone that is tidy and fairly quiet. It would be great if we could sit and chill out together but my partying days are long behind me.
I would say I am fairly easy to live with as I am very chilled out, am always up for a chat but equally as good at sitting in silence.
