Hi there,
I'm a professional male 40-something live in landlord with a spare double room with en-suite shower room to rent. Room has double bed, large wardrobe, bookshelf and 3 drawer unit.
The house is in a quiet road situated 10-15 minutes walk to Watford Junction and has numerous local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a bus stop just 1 minute walk from the front door.
Free on-street parking is available without a permit.
I don't smoke, but have a friendly, non-moulting, small and friendly dog, who strangely knows that the spare room is out of bounds.
Broadband is included, as are electricity, gas and water. In the kitchen you will have your own space in the fridge and freezer as well as storage space in the kitchen and use of washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. Am also a fan of a kitchen gadget, most favourite being my new air fryer!
Only bill in addition to rent is council tax which we split 50/ 50.
