Very sought after area, close to the green space of 'Watford Fields' and Watford High Street with shops, cafes, restaurants inlcuding John Lewis, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Primark, Tesco Extra, Wagamama,, Pret A Manger, 'Cote' Restaurant, etc.

Working professional only (working usual daytime type hours) with good references (sorry no students, unemployed).
Looking for clean, quiet, considerate person.
