I am a professional female looking for a friendly, clean and sociable professional to live with. The flat is ideally located for Watford Junction and Watford High Street Station (8-10 min walk), the main local shopping centre (INTU) and a park is nearby.
The flat has been completely refurbished recently and is fully furnished with all the mod cons.
I have a lovely sun trap garden which is great for BBQ's in the summer.
I am often only at the flat 2 nights during the week, so you will have sole use the remainder of the time.
The rental amount includes all bills (gas, electric, internet, water, council tax, and SKY TV).
