Shared use of lounge (with 2 x settees, small dining table & flat screen TV), bathroom (with both bath and shower), fitted kitchen (which includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc) and back yard.
Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence and unlimited use of broadband) plus weekly cleaner (of lounge / kitchen / bathroom).
There is on-street permit parking outside the house (ie if you have a car you would need to obtain a parking permit from the council for a fee - maximum amount of permits per house is 2 so only 2 tenants can obtain permits at one time).
No couples, no pets, no smokers, no children.
One month's deposit will be required (which will be registered/safeguarded via the DPS) plus one month's rent in advance.
