You would be sharing with 3 friendly guys. The housemates are nice and welcoming, and often found relaxing and socialising in the downstairs kitchen that joins a lovely sunroom area.
Your bathroom is only shared with one other person and there is a total of 4 toilets in the house.
Parking is available at the front of the house. Storage for bikes and boxes is available in the garage or attic.
Should you be accepted into the household, a reference check will need to be performed with a letting agency. The fee for this is £150.
