Double room in Cassio Metro -Pool and Gym

Hello,
Double room with own bathroom, in fab 2 bed flat in the exclusive Cassio Metro development. Shared kitchen and living room, which has a balcony overlooking the grass open space. Parking space available.

Within the development there is free access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.

It's really handy for the met line tube being only a 2 min walk. Cassiobury park is only 3 min walk which is great in the summer.

I work in Watford and generally enjoy going to the gym, meeting up with friends or going into London during the week. I'd consider myself a considerate, friendly, clean and easy going flatmate.

Ideally I am looking for a similar aged professional.
