We are looking for a twenty something female to join three female flat mates in a new home in Watford.
We are all sociable, friendly, clean, tidy and easy going people.
We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising but is also happy to be independent and respectful of others space.
We enjoy sharing the cooking in the week and doing our own thing most weekends.
The house is yet to be confirmed but will require a budget of around ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £500 ex bills.
Located 20 minutes from the town centre, it is a small double furnished room, that initially will have a 6 month contract. The house has 3 bedrooms and a lovely shared living room and garden.
We are hoping for a likeminded person to share our home with!
