Lovely and spacious double bed/sitting room in Edwardian house available on Monday to Friday basis (you are welcome to keep your belongings there over weekends as we do not let it out to anyone else).

The room is light and airy, with high ceilings, attractive original fireplace and double patio doors into 100ft mature garden. TV/DVD and wi-fi included. There are adjacent toilet facilities, and access to a 22 ft. kitchen/diner, which also has a TV. Included are: own fridge in kitchen, access to washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooking etc. and ironing facilities, together with bedding and towels washed for you. Weekly room cleaning is also included.

The house is situated in a quiet tree-lined street, 5 minutes walk from Bushey station (London Euston 18 minutes, Watford Junction 5 minutes, Hemel Hempstead 15 minutes). 10 minutes drive to central Watford, close to the M1 and M25. Easy drive to Northwood, and Elstree Studios. David Lloyd and Hertsmere leisure centres and swimming pools nearby.

My husband and I are professional people; we are friendly and welcoming but also understand and respect people who like their own space. The room would suit a professional non-smoker.

The cost is £450 per calendar month, inclusive of all amenities, but is negotiable for people who want fewer days/week, or who are going to be away for a little while..
