Locked back gate for added security and fire alarms fitted . Windows have locks and alarms fitted, also a carbon monoxide detector, gas hob was fitted by john lewis gas safe engineer . Easy access to local shops offices and railway station and bus stops all within 5-7 mins walk away . Buses run regularly and go into Watford town centre and are only 10mins away if traffic,+ otherwise only 5mins drive .Drive & Off street parking. local farm , dentist , co-op, chip shop, pub , hairdressers, off-licence, barbers, GP, dentist and vet surgeries on the parade of shops next to the station.
Local pubs and shops on both sides of the station too. Easy going flatmate. All bills included in the price of your room. Deposit taken and returned at end of your stay provided you haven't broken anything. I generally do the cleaning in the kitchen floors and hallway areas, but your bathroom will have to be cleaned by yourself unless you pay to have it cleaned once a week for £10. There will be 3 people max in the house if that when a 3rd person is found to complete a housemates home .
