Big double room + study/walk in wardrobe

Hi there,

My room is available to move into anytime after 1st June. You will be living with my brother. We are quite flexible in who we are looking for but our #1 priority is a clean person. This was meant to be our home but due to a change in my work circumstances, I've moved out.

We really want someone to make this their home too and look after it as though it was theirs. You have full access to the entire house. My brother is often out late on most evenings and weekends so you will, in effect, have the whole house to yourself the majority of the time. You are more than welcome to use all the pots/pans/dishes etc.

My room is the master bedroom and is massive, and the third bedroom is off my room (see floor plan). I turned it into a walk-in wardrobe but you can turn it into whatever you want. I am leaving my desk so you can even turn it into a study if you want. The room will be mostly furnished with an ottoman bed, triple wardrobe, shelving units and the desk! There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer. You are welcome to store stuff in the loft and the shed.

There is off-street parking - you will need to apply for a permit and the closest station is Watford High Street, about a 5-7 minute walk (if that!). Bushey Station is about 10-12mins walk and there are loads of buses nearby too. The main shopping centre is just a 7minute walk away.

The rent is £750 inc all bills. 1 months rent in advance, 1 month deposit and 2 months notice either way.

No pets (fish are ok), no couples. We will be holding an open day on either 21st, 27th or 28th May.
