Double room, WD24

South-facing, newly decorated double room in 3-bed semi between the Tudor estate and Watford Junction. The house is a work in progress in regards to decorating, but the bedroom and bathroom are newly decorated and furnished.

There's a relatively large garden for any animals that might accompany you, and there's space for one car in the driveway and free on-street parking outside the property.

We are a couple living in the downstairs room, sharing the bathroom and kitchen. We're pretty laid back about who we share with, as long as you're tidy and quiet. If you want to have a meal from time to time, that would be great, but we don't mind if you don't either. We're vegetarian, but not militant.
