Double room in house and lots of pets

I'm Hannah and he's Neil and we are a bit animal mad (bit like the good life really) and quite an easy going couple. I'm a teacher and he works as a gardener and is also busy improving the garden and cooking dinner but is a general handy person. He can fix anything- including my motorbike and car so quite useful really (bit like living with your Dad!!!). We are not party people so you can have space and peace or a gossip if you want. This would be an ideal place to study. We tend to veg in the lounge in the evening with the tele on. You are welcome to join us as long as you are happy being climbed on by a dog or cat (we have 3 dogs and one crazy mog)!
The room is a decent double with 2 double built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The room is also recently decorated with new carpet too. The house has new carpet and fresh paint everywhere and a lovely big garden to catch some rays in. There is a shed and carport for dry storage.
Big driveway so off road parking and a 2 minute walk to the station. Bills included, and if you wanted we could also feed you for a nominal fee. Shared bathroom and kitchen with mod cons, use of washing machine.
The big deal for us is you have to like animals.....
There is also the possibility of some rent being 'paid' by looking after my horses on a local yard.... if you are suitable (ie experienced).... contact to discuss
