My name is Dean and I'm looking to rent a fully furnished, double bedroom in my newly built flat (completed mid-December 2013).

The flat is located a 5 minute walk from the WGC train station and the town centre. Trains to London Kings Cross take 25 minutes and run on a regular basis, so it's very commutable.

The flat has an open plan lounge - kitchen area, with Juliet balcony and all the modern accessories any flat mate would want or need. There is also ample parking around the building (quiet streets), including spaces for visitors.

There is high speed BT internet, with BT TV, including sports, as well as all the Sky Sports channels, through SkyGo.

I've kitted the entire flat out to a high spec (bachelor pad style), including your bedroom (neutral style), which comes with an ottoman style bed for extra storage, a 3-door wardrobe with full length mirror, as well as a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

A few things about me; I enjoy training at the gym, cooking, watching and playing sports, listening to music, attending festivals, drinking, clubbing and watching films.
I'm a very relaxed guy, looking for a professional and sociable male or female flat mate, as long as they respect my property and belongings and are clean and tidy.
