I have a room for rent in my home that I'm getting ready to sell.

I'm an easy going landlord but I do require that you keep the house clean and help with cleaning the bathroom and other living areas when needed.
The house has Wi-Fi internet and all bills are included except for gas and electric which I require all tenants to pay £12. 50 towards the electric and gas each month.
I have a nice large garden to enjoy and the train station that goes direct to London is 8 minutes’ walk. It's the same distance to the city centre and there a doctors surgery at the end of the road.
