Double room in quiet village location

I own a three bedroom, detached cottage in a sought after village location.

The double room I have available has recently been decorated and is available furnished, or part-furnished with new carpet and curtains. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and desk and views across a private green opposite.

Being in a village a car would be necessary and there is parking available on the road outside the cottage. There is a village shop & post office and a pub in walking distance. Cottage located under 4 miles from the A1(M).

I do have a Labrador (downstairs only) and cats.

There is a conservatory, utility room, large garden, farmhouse style kitchen, ground floor shower room and bathroom and two lounges with open fire/log burner, so privacy is available. BT Broadband WIFI and Sky in Sitting Room.

Ideally mon - fri but I may consider 7 days a week.

£100 mon -fri
£500 pcm
