We have a quiet house, myself, son and daughter. we all work full time. We tend to keep to ourselves, but like a chat. Smokers are fine, but not within the house, there is an undercover area outside if needed.
We're animal lovers, and have some cats, so we'd like someone who likes animals.

The room has a large built in wardrobe/storage cupboard and there is plenty of drawer space.

We're in a quiet cul de sac, and there is plenty of road space for parking.

There is a decent size garden , with a good size decked area, and plenty of garden furniture. There is also a garage if needed for storing a bike

From Wheathampstead, there is easy access to the major motorways -
M1 - 8 miles
A1M - 5 miles
M25 - 9 Miles

St. Albans and Harpenden train stations are around 15 minutes drive, and they're on the direct line into Kings Cross St Pancras approx 20 minutes.

Local shops/Post office/pubs/takeaways and good restaurants in walking distance ( approx 5 to 10 mins) as well as the bus stop to St. Albans, Welwyn, Harpenden, and surrounding areas.
Wheathampstead is a small village, surrounded by fields, woods and farm land, but has the benefit of being a short drive to the larger towns.
