I have a double bedroom to rent in a lovely area. There is a shared living room, kitchen and a garden that you would have full use of. All bills are included in the price and unlimited broadband is available.

I have private parking to the side of the house or there is a bus stop at the end of the street also to take you wherever you need to go.

It is close to the new university campus, Raigmore hospital and a short drive or walk from Eastfield retail park which includes a gym, cinema, Tesco, Nandos, Frankie and Bennys along with many other shops.
The house is in a lovely quiet area and would suit most people, professional or student.

There are local shops and takeaways close by, a local butcher, hair dresser, pub and other things. Feel free to email me or give me a phone call to arrange a viewing.

We both work shifts so are good at being quiet when coming in after shifts late at night or early in the morning and are quite happy if you work shifts too. Friendly and easy going household, we like to chat but also happy to have our own space to relax.
