Beautiful Newly Renovated Double Room in Cowes

Hi, my name is Kerry (32). Myself and my Husband Tobie (30) have been renovating an old Victorian property for the past 3 years and are now coming to the end of this...yippee! The house is situated on Bellevue Road in Cowes, only 10 minutes away from the Red Jet and chain ferry and 5 minutes away from the town centre. We have 2 cats who are very well behaved...Most of the time! I work in Adult Social Care for the local authority and Tobie is a Science Teacher so we are both out working hard Monday to Friday term time. The house is clean and tidy with a large kitchen and newly fitted small, but perfectly formed, bathroom with shower and bath. We also have a small balcony with lovely sea views over to Southampton. The room we are looking to let is a double bedroom, fully furnished and is light, bright and airy. There is a small corridor which accesses your own toilet with basin. There is also a small amount of loft space accessible by this room. Although the kitchen and bathroom would be shared all other rooms would not be accessible as this is a room only rental. You would be able to have access to the balcony and garden when not in use. We are flexible and hardworking, tidy and friendly people. I am sorry but we can't accept couples. Please contact me for further information and pictures etc. We are happy to take people on for the short term over the summer for events like Cowes week etc on a night to night basis.
