Double Room to Let - Cowes

We will have a good-size double bedroom to let on Pelham Road from January. The room is furnished and has two built-in cupboards but can come unfurnished if preferred.
Currently in the house are two live-in landlords, another lodger and one friendly Collie - we all spend time away with work so it can be rare that we're all home at once. Seb, Nick and I are all sociable and active, work within the sports / sailing industry, and are into our outdoor activities - so the room would particularly suit someone with similar interests. We also have pretty busy jobs so we would like someone who is tidy and willing to help out around the house.
The house is a 5 minute walk from town, 10 mins from the Red Jet and about 4 mins from the chain ferry to East Cowes.
Shared kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom & garden. There is also a small conservatory & a shed to store any bikes / boards etc. On street parking. Bills and quick wifi included.
New carpets on the stairs, landing and bedrooms are being fitted in December as well as a wood burner in the lounge - updated pics to follow once complete.
