Large room, share with owner + part-timer

Please note, this is a double room but I am only looking for one person to occupy it.

Please also tell me about yourself when you contact me. I live here; I'm not an absentee landlord trying to fill the house with anybody who comes along.

This is a strictly no-smoking house. 'I won't smoke in the house' will not be acceptable unless you only smoke VERY occasionally (maximum one or two cigarettes a week), and I would ask you to walk away from the house to do it, not stand by the back door.

It's a double room in quiet house 1/2 mile from Cowes High Street. Free parking on street -- possibly the last free parking in Cowes! Share facilities with one professional woman who works from home, and one well-behaved cat.

Not suitable for the disabled due to stairs.

The house is nothing fancy, but pleasant and comfortable. There is no TV, but there is wifi.

I have one cat, mature, neutered, very well behaved.

I'm looking for someone considerate and reliable, friendly but gets on with your own life.
