This is the property for you. Please email me in the first instance. With your full name where you are working and you contract length. If you know it.
You can pay weekly by direct debit in case your contract is weekly

Linens, TV in each room, and cleaning service included.

Fee's are £95 per person at the start of the stay
no other fees to pay.
My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9.30am to 7.30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of between £85 and £120 which is payable when you move in.

I work this way to keep administration costs to an absolute minimum. So if you have no profile and leave me a one line message with no detail I am unlikely to respond. I also work over 7 days per week so if you don’t hear from me straight away I may be taking 24 hours off.
Please also be aware that all my rooms are on the Isle of Wight and are therefore not economically viable commuting distance to Portsmouth.
