We love having new people to stay! We are a very sociable and welcoming family and very used to having paying guests to stay from all corners of the globe.
Stay for a short or long time it's up to you.
Our home's layout means you won't feel crowded and you can have as much or as little company as you need. We are an ideal starting point if you are new to the Island. We can introduce you to people and get you started. We know everyone!

Perfect place for interns and young professionals.

Gorgeous double room with single bed (but can be double)to let in beautiful detached period family home. We have a variety of beds available, choose which one suits you.
Very large garden and shared parking. Use of secure shed for bikes and water sports equipment.
The 3.57m x 3.57m room is on the ground floor, as is the shower/utility room with powerful mains shower. Shared large family room with large dining table, great kitchen, sitting room area and double aspect double doors to the garden. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Bedroom is cream colour on the walls, white paintwork, cream carpet, single cream metal daybed style bed, with memory foam mattress (very comfortable). Double duvet, pillows, towels and linens provided. Large original newly painted sash window to front aspect which gets evening sun. Wardrobe, large desk. Bedside cabinet. TV, DVD, Freeview. WiFi. GCH and additional radiator if required. Open usable fire place with brick hearth.
Nautical and modern seaside prints and photographs which can be removed for your own art work.
Great village location 5 mins walk to the beach and award winning sailing club. Help yourself to milk, salt. pepper cooking oils, spices and other kitchen staples. Cleaning supplies and toilet rolls included. Short lets welcome.
5 mins from the beach and 2 local shops. Free on street parking or shared driveway.
We are very used to having people live with us and we have remained good friends with everyone who has.
If you are coming to the Island to start a new job we are an ideal starting point from which to find a more permanent home at your leisure, which I can help you with. When you leave you do not need to give a months notice just a week. No contract, no deposit required.

Overseas Students also very welcome. Intern-ship placements very welcome. Boarding school students requiring English family experience during the Summer holidays also very welcome.
For overseas Students and intern-ship placements we offer the option for full board and laundry service starting from £150 per week up to £224 per week for under 18's full guardianship.
