The room has a new double bed with a high quality mattress and linens etc. The property is very well maintained and beautifully decorated and a relaxed style. The property is warm centrally heated and very comfortable and clean. The Kitchen/dinner is large and light and opens out onto a lovely decked area for eating out during the summer. Washing machine and tumble dryer available. The live in landlords tend to eat late after going to the gym so if you eat earlier you will have the kitchen to yourself. There is secure storage for bike equipment etc. There is shared use of the bathroom and other communal areas. The landlords are very experienced and used to having people to stay, the sportier the better...
The property is close to a pub that does superb food, a short 2 mins walk to a local shop and newsagents. 5mins walk from the beach. There is a main bus stop 5mins walk away which will take you to Cowes or Newport. Cowes is 20mins walk away. No deposit to pay. All bills are included and there is WiFi. There is a booking fee only to pay £95.

My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9.30am to 7.30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of between £95 and £150 which is payable when you move in.
