1 x single and 1 x double room Gurnard, close to Cowes Isle of Wight, available for weekday occupancy only (Sunday eve to Friday morning)Very occasional weekends if you are working.

The live in landlord works shifts.
A large friendly rescue dog lives here and he will want to hang out with you in the evenings.
The landlord is likely to work nights so you may not see each other very often.
There is an expectation on the tenants and landlord to be quiet as it is likely all will be working shifts.
Unrestricted on street parking in the surrounding roads.
Bed linens provided.
No security deposit required.
My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9.30am to 7.30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are travelling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of between £75 and £120 which is payable when you move in.
