I have 3 large double rooms available in a very large detached period property. The live in landlord have their own sitting room and bathroom. Guests have use of the shared utility room, kitchen, dining room and a large bathroom (bath and separate shower cubicle) and garden.
The bedrooms are spacious rooms with desks, wardrobes, chest of drawers, double beds.
The more expensive and largest of these rooms has allocated parking, as well as double doors onto the the very large garden. All bills and WiFi are included. The property has a very eclectic style but it is not cluttered. The rooms are newly decorated in plain warm and coordinated styles. Linens are provided but not towels. GCH and additional heating available on request if needed.
NHS shift workers very welcome, although there are a number of people living in this large property it is quiet due to the age of the property and the thickness of the walls. The live in landlords travel often and are very experienced hosts, having previously run hotels.

My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9. 30am to 7. 30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal, local businesses or hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of between £65 and £90 which is payable when you move in
