We're looking for the right person to come and share a 4 bed house in the town centre of Newport.. We have on offer:
Large bright and airy loft room with great rooftop views across town. Its fully furnished including fabulous super king bed with luxury mattress and pull out wardrobe. The room has en suite toilet and occupies the entire floor of the house. All bills are included for the double glazed, centrally heated home including unlimited broadband. There is also a lovely woodburner for use in the lounge.
We are looking for a responsible, clean and tidy person to share with professionals in a relaxed, quiet and friendly environment. Would suit mature (by nature not necessarily age) professional person or couple that appreciate a well designed and tidy home.
Sharing spacious lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom with one female, one male and possibly one other lodger. Available February.
£440 per calendar month for single person, £540 for couple. Sorry no DSS.
