Our house is 5 mins walk from Ryde to Portsmouth Hovercraft / Catamaran / Bus Terminal / Town Centre. The sea is 2 mins walk away. All bills are included - free broadband too. You can even have Sky in your room if you pay for the install and mutli-room package for 10 pounds a month. We have a washing machine and line for drying. Launderette is just around the corner for tumble drying.
It is a very friendly home for working people and we all consider each other's needs for privacy and clean, quiet accommodation. Smokers are welcome but a no smoking rule exists 24/7 inside the house - there is a patio / garden area for smoking. The house indoors is a completely smoke free area.
