This is a 2 bedroom apartment off Spencer Road in Ryde. It's a large building with character features, ample parking. There are 2 Bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - Double with a generous ante room off this with, space for wardrobe and desk. Built in wardrobe also in the main bedroom.
Bedroom 2 - Is a double room in size but it has bunk beds. These can be removed and a single or a double bed placed in the room.
Large size living room/dining room
Good sized kitchen with utensils and pans and crockery etc.
The double room will accept couples but only for short lets. Price on application.

Cleaning service including linen.

One off booking fee for the double room is £150 for a couple,
£90 for a single,
One off booking fee for the single room is £90

The property is on the market to be sold so we are only accepting short lets up to 3 months at this stage. However if the property does not sell you are welcome to stay

My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9.30am to 7.30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of between £85 and £120 which is payable when you move in.
