I have a lovely en-suite attic room with good views over golf course and downs in a friendly family household. It is very quiet and private from the rest of the house.
It is nicely furnished and decorated. bedding is provided if required. Communal areas are cleaned.
The room does has sky multi room (including sky movies) so that you can watch your own programmes. Netflix and Disney + is also available if wanted. A smart TV is provided. Wifi is available to connect to.
I will require references and a lodger agreement to be signed
Bills included are sky, utilities, WiFi and council tax.
I will also include cleaning materials.
There is a garden, washing machine, tumble dryer and all mod cons.
My home is modern and nicely decorated and includes kitchen, lounge, conservatory, Full GCH.
I do not want smoking in the house at all please, but happy for you to smoke outside.
