The room is a large double room which includes a new double bed, TV and Sat box. As well as a large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and plenty of cupboard space.
Duvet and bedding is available.
Iron and hairdryer provided.
All bills are included, with broadband and use of a printer.
You are welcome to use the home phone at weekends and after 7pm, Monday to Fridays.
The house, which is over 200 years old, is in its own private road, in a quiet part of the village.
There is shared seating in the lovely back and front gardens, where you are welcome to grow your own potted plants .
There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower.
The shared kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and your OWN fridge freezer.
There is a shared dining room, which over looks the back garden and is very quiet and a cosy snug room.
If you have a bicycle there is space in a secure shed to store it.
There is a large drive, in front of the house.
The village has a well stocked spar and 1 pub, which does take away dinners. There are many walking trails and wonderful views around Wroxall.

We are a quiet, friendly and tidy married couple. I am at home most of the time, whilst my husband works away on the mainland and comes home every 6/8 weeks for a few days.
Non smoking lodgers only please but your pets are very welcome.
