Pleasant Double Bedroom in 4 Bed House

my home

i have a very pleasant double room to rent out, it has a small lcd tv with freeview available, there is broadband and wifi at property.

my home is quite spacious with large shared living area and kitchen, is well equipped for day to day living, my home also comprises of a further 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom with shower, and down stairs cloakroom also has garden to front and rear, offers off road parking and is close to local amenities and travel links to A2/M2 to london

i work 6 days a week from 9am till 6pm ish most nights and i am usally out 3 or 4 nights a week on average so whoever rents the room would have the place to themselves much of the time.

looking for someone easy going dont mind smokers as long as it is outside, couples welcome but rent may vary.
