I am a young professional female with a spare room, looking to let it on either a short (minimum 3 months) or long term basis.
There are two double bedrooms available, both furnished with modern furniture consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and one with a fitted double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a fitted blind.
In the bathroom there is a bath, a shower with glass screen, basin and toilet. I don't use this bathroom so it will be your own.
The house is immaculate and only 3 years old, so someone who is very clean and tidy is a must! Close to town, approximately a 10 minute walk, and a 5 minute walk to Waitrose.
