The bed has a quality memory foam mattress and there is also a wardrobe, chest of draws, a writing desk, and a bedside table. There is high-speed Wi-Fi broadband and a digital TV aerial in the room. There is a good garden with seating areas which can be enjoyed all year round. The house is always warm in winter, kept clean and tidy, and is a pleasant place to live.

Located in South Willsborough access is good to all transport links. It is a 5-minute bike ride [less than a mile] to Ashford International Station and Designer Outlet and only 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The Orbital Park, which is a very short walk even has a McDonald's if that is your thing. Junction 10 of the M20 is only a few minutes' drive away. There is some off-road parking available as well as plenty of available parking in and around the surrounding streets.

The house is quiet on weekday evenings as I and the other lodger are both professionals with work to do. It would probably suit a mature student or professional person with a similar lifestyle.
