I am a single mature professional lady, who lives with my son who is 19 and a lovely single lady lodger. I have a lovely double room available, fully furnished for rent. The house is situated in Mill Court, just off the Hythe Road, in Ashford. It is a lovely town house with views of the River Stour.

The property is in a central location to all amenities. The Ashford International Rail station, the town centre and The Designer Outlet and The Stour Centre Sports centre are all within a 5/10 walk.

There is a lounge area which is free to all. The kitchen is also shared and all the usual facilities are available ie: Cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available and is situated within the garage.

The room itself is facing onto the river stour. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table, chest of drawers and cupboard space.
There is SkyHD-multi room and broadband.

The bathroom, which has a bath with shower over the bath, loo and sink, is shared between the lodgers.
