Lovely double room available immediately in nice quiet area of Kennington, Ashford - amenities close (local shop, all takeaways, pub, cinema - all within walking distance!). I am a friendly, outgoing person and would welcome similar to rent my spare room to.
Bills & use of internet included (also basic Sky TV).
Apartment is well furnished (excluding the room to be rented - there is some basic shelving and a mirror on the wall, all set up for TV however), and on the top floor of a 3-storey apartment block.
Contract would be on a month to month basis initially to see how we get on.
