You have a communial living room with new leather sofas, LCD tv e. t. c. and a kitchen diner and a lovely decking area to the rear of the garden. On road parking is available outside the house.

The cottage is located 30 seconds walk to Bearsted train station and 2 minuted walk to Bearsted Green that boasts 2 excellent pubs and restaurants. The location is perfect for commuters to London or close to motorways.

I am renting the house and would like a professional person. Clean, respectful and in full time professional employment.
