We have a lovely double room available in a great house finished to a high standard.

The fully furnished room is £495 per calendar month, including all bills, wifi broadband, a weekly cleaner and gardener. You also have shared use of the modern kitchen, TV lounge, two shower rooms and sunny garden.

All tenants are working professionals including two teachers, an administrator and an entertainer. The house is clean, tidy and friendly.

The house is in a safe and pleasant residential area, within 12 minutes walk to Bexley train station with trains to London Bridge in 25 minutes and Charing Cross in 35 minutes.

All the amenities of Bexleyheath Broadway are also just a 10 minutes walk away. The house also has really easy access to the A2 and parking.

We use an external company to complete all reference and credit checks and there is a one off administration fee of £100 to cover this.
