Please be aware that my flat is currently on the market to sell and I would ask that people be allowed to view the flat. This would of course be with prior notice to yourselves and at a convenient time for you.

The flat is in a quiet, leafy avenue about 7 minutes walk from Bromley South Station. You can get to Victoria direct in 17 minutes and there are tram links close by to Beckenham and plenty of bus options to get to Croydon, West Wickham and Hayes.

Bills are as follows (approximate only) and you would be responsible for payment.

Council tax - £100 PCM
Electric (There is no gas at the flat) - £50 PCM
TV Licence - £12 PCM

Heating is Economy 7 and storage heaters are in situ.

You must be trustworthy and professional people/person and able to give sufficient references.

The flat is available fully furnished (all you need is bedding and towels) and will be available whenever you want to move in and after references have been checked. The flat has off street parking for your car if needed and visitors spaces too. I have recently had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted and the flat is recently decorated.
